THE SIFTING - The Sovereignty of God over Evil
I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things (Isa. 45:5-7).
THE FURY OF A PROPHET
To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it. Therefore I am full of the fury of the LORD; I am weary with holding in:
CALLED OUT OF BABYLON
There He was, right in front of them. The Living God made manifest and yet they didn’t recognize Him. Why???? They fasted; they prayed; they went to “church”; they tithed; they diligently studied the scripture and yet they missed Him altogether. How could this be? Is it possible to do all these things today and still not be serving the One True and living God?
Is God powerless to protect his people? Why would He allow Christians to suffer persecution? Can't He stop it? I ask these questions facetiously; because of course God has power over all. If you have eyes to see and ears to hear the Word of the Living God all confusion will be put to rest, and you can gain an understanding into the divine mystery of suffering and evil, why it exists, and how to overcome it.
And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind (Jn. 9:39). The judgment that Jesus brings reveals and manifests what is really in the heart of man. True prophetic power and authority will always cause the hearts of people to be made manifest. Whether they be good or evil, prophetic judgment by the manifestation of Jesus Christ, who is the Word of God, goes to the root of people's lives and exposes their hidden motives.
Promotion (forward motion) doesn't necessarily mean a change of position in the sight of men. There is a spiritual promotion which men will only see the fruit of. God is a Spirit! (Jn. 4:24). The promotion of God is the propelling power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ lifting you to another level of authority and annointing in the spirit realm of God's kingdom.
Have you ever felt this way? Ever felt as if God's presence has removed from your life and He can't hear your cry? That you need help, can't find God, and don't know where to turn? This was written with you in mind. This was written for all those who, after they have come to know Jesus Christ as their savior, feel lost and don't know what is happening and can't find God.
I know this is a hard saying, because none of us likes to feel pain. None of us in enjoys pain. In fact, most of us spend our entire life trying to avoid pain of one sort or another; but we have to remember...For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth (Heb. 12:6). God scourges, beats, whips every son? Yes, every son (which includes females).
